News Update: Album Complete and Eindhoven Metal Meeting

Saturnian's full length debut album, recorded, mixed and mastered by Russ Russell of Dimmu Borgir fame, is now complete! Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks...
In other news, Saturnian had a blast at their first international show, Eindhoven Metal Meeting! More shows to follow in the new year.

Studio Update

All lead and rhythm guitars, bass, drums, keyboards, choral vocals and harsh vocals have now been tracked. Onto the orchestration!
Saturnian wins Bloodstock Metal 2 The Masses, confirming a slot at Wacken Open Air 2012!

Saturnian are very excited to announce that we have won Bloodstock's Metal 2 The Masses competition, rising triumphant against well over 500 bands in an electrifying set of shows; the final of which took place at Bloodstock Open Air 2011. This means Saturnian will go on to perform at Wacken Open Air 2012, representing the UK's finest unsigned metal acts in Wacken's worldwide Metal Battle.
Congratulations are also in order to our metal brethren in The Furious Horde, who will be playing Metal Camp.

In other news, Saturnian has been confirmed for Eindhoven Metal Meeting, playing alongside the likes of Morbid Angel and Katatonia. This will be Saturnian's first performance outside the UK!
Bloodstock and Terrorizer

Saturnian destroyed at Bloodstock Open Air! We would like to thank the massive crowd that came down, as well as the fantastic tech crew. We hope you all had a great weekend of metal! Debut album to be recorded with Russ Russell

Saturnian can now excitingly confirm that the as yet untitled debut album is being produced and mixed by none other than the legendary Russ Russell (Dimmu Borgir, Napalm Death, Evile). Tracking begins later this month, with a tentative early 2012 release!

Three new shows confirmed

Three shows have been confirmed before the year ends: Saturnian will be playing the mighty Danowarfest (Bristol), the Ragebreed Christmas Fest (Leicester) and have been asked back to Terrorizer's Grindhouse at The Hobgoblin (Camden). Hope to see you all there!
